I am a bit of a geek.
From board leadership, to revenue generation, to operations, measurement, financial and accountability, and staffing. I coach, train & consult but I am most proud to be a pioneer, a bridge builder & an advocate for the social enterprise movement.
I love what I do.
My clients would say that my superpower is my ability to co-create strategies that are uniquely suited for their context, culture, and mission. My plans are robust, actionable, aggressive, and ambitious. I’m also extremely comprehensive.
In everything I do, my passion is what drives me and motivates me. I am advocate for the success of my clients and the people they impact.
A message to my future client:
"I am your champion, your sound board, and your cheerleader who knows how to craft the strategy, train your team, plan your day-to-day operations, and develop measurable outcomes to position your organization to implement radical change that will heal racial wounds, strengthen our economy, create access for marginalized communities and create the kind of impact that will help you accomplish the unique mission and vision of your organization. "
"Extremely knowledgeable, bursting with ideas, and passionate about her work."
"Before the project we struggled with keeping the project goal-oriented as the key drivers were not identified and monitored. With a very unique mission we struggled to emphasize the importance of our mission and tracking the data."
I'm a strategist at heart.
